Welcome to AshVorn Collective ("AshVorn," "we," "us," or "our"). AshVorn is operated by an individual based in Chile. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AshVorn website, assessment, personalized protocol, and Mission Control dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account.
If you are between 16 and 17 years old, we recommend you review these Terms together with a parent or guardian before purchasing.
AshVorn provides a personalized self-improvement protocol generated from your responses to our assessment, covering general habits related to appearance care, grooming, physical training, and social/communication skills.
AshVorn is not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the Service should be treated as a diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendation. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, dental, dermatological, mental health, or health-related concerns. We do not recommend or endorse any supplements, medications, or medical/surgical procedures, and nothing in your protocol should be interpreted as such.
We make no guarantee of specific results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
AshVorn offers a one-time purchase option and a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged (see our Refund Policy).
AshVorn is currently operated as a limited-duration project. We do not guarantee the Service will be offered indefinitely. If we discontinue the Service, active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice, and no further charges will occur after the Service ends. We will make reasonable efforts to allow users to access or export their protocol information before closure.
AshVorn maintains a free Discord community, open to both customers and non-customers. Participation is optional and governed by community rules communicated within the Discord server, in addition to these Terms.
All content, branding, design, and protocol logic on AshVorn are the property of AshVorn Collective. Your personal protocol is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AshVorn and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of the country from which you access the Service.
