This Privacy Policy explains what information AshVorn Collective ("AshVorn," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. AshVorn is operated by an individual based in Chile, and your information may be processed and stored outside the country in which you live, using the service providers listed below.

We do not collect photos, biometric data, or facial images of any kind. Our assessment is question-based only.

We retain your account and protocol data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion, or if AshVorn discontinues operations, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by applicable law (for example, tax or accounting obligations).
If you are 16 or 17, we recommend a parent or guardian review this Privacy Policy with you. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to request access to, or deletion of, a minor's account data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below — we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted authentication and Row Level Security on our database, meaning your data is only ever accessible to you and to AshVorn's operator — never to other users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
